Since one of our properties has been the subject of an internet scam on Craigslist we want to take extra precaution and make absolutely sure that no one falls for any scam directed at our Wallingford property at 400 NE 50th St, Seattle.
Under no circumstances do we rent out any part of the property without meeting tenants in person and walking the property together. Neither do we ask for or take payments before meeting at the property.
We do however conduct a credit check with prospective tenants. The fee for the credit check is paid directly through the website https://rhaps.mysmartmove.com and not to us.
